Whitney O’Meara is a native of North Carolina. Born and raised in Yanceyville, NC. She graduated from the University of NC at Wilmington with a degree in Finance and Management Information Systems and also holds a MBA from the University of Mary Washington. She and her husband Donald, and their two children Charlee and Donald III, live in Clayton. Whitney is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her family. With over 18 years of experience in residential lending she is an expert in her field.

Whitney has an extensive knowledge of all loan programs and is great working with first time homebuyers, investors, or the customers who has purchased many homes in the past.
