As mentioned on the Harp Refinance page, the Home Affordable Refinance Program (or HARP) can help homeowners refinance their mortgage even if they have little or no equity in their homes, helping homeowners save thousands of dollars by lowering their interest rate on their loan, therefore reducing their monthly payment, or providing them with better and more favorable loan terms.
