Learning the process of how the government sponsored enterprises (such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) market and price mortgages has enabled me to accurately interpret the daily markets. With the Secondary Marketing experience along with an apprenticeship under one of the top producers at First Heritage Mortgage, I have gained seasoned knowledge of all different aspects of the mortgage banking industry.
