our Stated Income, Investor loan to 90% financing. We also have a new in-house, Alternative Lending (sub-prime) division which provides our credit impaired borrowers with a comprehensive
line of mortgage products including 100% financing.
Furthermore, if you are purchasing a new home that will not be completed for some time, First Heritage Mortgage offers
extended locks on some of our products that will secure your interest rate lock for up to 410 days AND often allow you to float down to a better rate if interest rates have improved
prior to the completion of your home. Additionally, if you are buying land and building a custom home, Construction/Perm lending is one of our specialties at First Heritage Mortgage.
We offer a one-time closing on our Construction/Perm program which is second to none!
